B:acetonitrile
Gradient: hold10%Bfor1.5min, 10 to 20%B in 2.5min, 20 to 22.5%B in 1 min, 22.5to 24%B in 2min, 24to 33.5%B in 6.5min, 33.5 to 80%B in 0.5 min, hold 80%B for 1.5 min, 80 to 10%B in 0.5 min, equilibrate at 10%B for 4 min
