Sample Pretreatment: Samples: Baicalein was dissolved in mixed solution of acetonitrile and water (1:1 v/v). Flavone was prepared by acetonitrile. Other standard stock solutions were made by ethanol. Each standard stock solution was prepared at 1 mg/mL.
Conditions: Mobile Phase: A: 10 mM ammonium formate, pH 2.1
B:acetonitrile / methanol = 6 / 4
Gradient: hold 10% B for 1.5 min, 10% to 70% Bin2.5min, 70 to 90%B in 4 min, hold2 min, 90 to 10%B in 1 min, equilibrate at 10%B for 6 min
Scan mode: ESI+;
Flow Rate: 0.2 mL/min;
Injection: 2 µL;
Temperature: 25℃
