A: 20 mM potassium phosphate dibasic, pH 7.5
B: acetonitrile: methanol = 4 / 6
Gradient: 10% B hold 1min, 10 to 57% B in 12min, 57 to 62% B in 3.5min, 62 to 75% B in 5.5min, 75 to 85% B in 5min, 85 to 90% B in 2min, 90 to 10% B in 1min, equilibrate at 10% B for 5 min
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min
Injection: 10 µL
