Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solution was prepared in acetonitrile/water (4/1 v/v) at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. A working solution of the mixture of all 14 drugs was obtained by dilution of the stock solution with mobile phase.
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 30mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic (pH 3.1)
B: Acetonitrile / Methanol = 4 / 6 (v/v)
Gradient: hold 10% B for 0.5 min, 10 to 60% B in 11.5 min, 60 to 70% B in 11 min, hold 70% B for 5 min, 70 to 10% B in 1 min, equilibrate at 10% B for 6 min.
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min
Injection: 10 µL
Temperature: 30 ℃

Abstract: Analysis was carried out on a DIKMA Diamonsil Plus C18 column with gradient elution time within 27 min. This method could be used routinely for drug QC inspection or further studies.
