ProElut® Polymer SPE sorbents are built on a highly cross-linked polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) copolymer matrix, delivering exceptional non-polar retention and physical stability. By incorporating distinct functional groups, this series enables a dual-retention mechanism combining reverse-phase and ion-exchange modes (covering strong/weak anion and cation exchange). This overcomes the dewetting limitations of traditional C18/C8 sorbents while providing high selectivity and loading capacity for acidic, basic, and polar organic compounds—making it an ideal choice for complex sample preparation and multi-analyte screening.
