Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solutions of most of the drugs were prepared in a mixed solution of acetonitrile and water (9:1 v/v) at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. A working solution of the mixture of all 8 drugs was obtained by dilution of the stock solution with mobile phase.
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 10 mM ammonium formate, pH 2.0
B: methanol:acetonitrile = 4:6
Gradient: hold 30% B for 1.5 min, 30 to 80% B in 11.5 min, hold 80% B for 1.5 min, 80 to 30% B in 0.5 min, equilibrate at 30% B for 5 min.
Flow Rate: 0.2 mL/min;
Injection: 2 µL;
Temperature: 25 ℃
