Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solutions of each drugwere prepared in acetonitrile at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.A working solution of the mixture of all six drugs was freshly obtained by dilution of the stock solution with mobile phase.
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 10mM ammonium formate, pH3.5
B: ethanol:methanol:acetonitrile=1:1:2
Gradient: 10 to 20%B in 3min, 20 to 30%B in 2min, 30 to 40%B in 2min, 40 to 70%B in 13min, 70 to 10%B in 0.5min,equilibrate at 10%B for 4.5min.
Flow Rate: 0.2 mL/min;
Injection: 2µL;
Temperature: 25℃
