Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solutions were prepared in methanol at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. A working solution of the mixture of all 12 drugs was obtained by dilution of the stock solution with methanol/water (4/6).
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 10mM Sodium Acetate (pH5.0);
B: Acetonitrile: Methanol = 4 / 6
Gradient: hold 30% B for 0.5 min, 30 to 40% B in 4.5 min, 40 to 70% B in 4 min,
hold 70% B for 2 min, 70 to 80% B in 5 min, hold 80% B for 3 min, 80 to 90% B in 0.5 min,
hold 90% B for 5 min, 90 to 30% B in 0.5 min, equilibrate at 30% B for 5 min.
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min;
Injection: 10 µL;
Temperature: 30 ℃;
