Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solutions were prepared in methanol at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. A working solution of the mixture of all 8 drugs was obtained by dilution of the stock solution with mobile phase.
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 70 mM ammonium acetate, pH 5.6
B: methanol: acetonitrile = 6:4
Gradient: hold 10% B for 1 min, 10 to 60% B in 15 min, 60 to 80% B in 2 min, hold 80% B for 2 min, 80 to 10% B in 1 min, equilibrate at 10% B for 4 min.
Flow Rate: 1.0 mL/min
Injection: 10 µL
Temperature: 25 ℃

Abstract: Using a DIKMA Diamonsil Plus 1.8 µm C18 column, all compounds were clearly separated within 15 min with good peak shape. This method can be applied to a variety of routine drug screening and analysis workflows.
