Sample Pretreatment: Standards: Individual stock solutions were prepared in methanol at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. A working solution of the mixture of all 6 drugs was obtained by dilution of the stock solution with mobile phase.
Conditions: Mobile Phase:
A: 10mM Ammonium Formate (pH2.8)
B: Acetonitrile
Gradient: hold 5% B for 1.5 min, 5 to 60% B in 4.5 min, 60 to 65% B in 3 min, 65 to 5% B in 1 min, equilibrate at 5% B for 5 min.
Flow Rate: 0.2 mL/min
Injection: 1 µL
